You May Not Need a New Garage.
You May Just Need a Finished Floor.

What Makes the Space Still Feel Unfinished?

Sometimes It Isn’t the Walls, Shelves or Lighting.
It’s the Floor.

You can clean the garage, organize the tools and repaint the walls— but stained, patchy concrete can still make everything around it feel older.

A continuous coated finish changes the visual foundation of the room, so the entire space can feel cleaner, brighter and more complete.

More Than “Painting the Floor”

What Changes After the Floor Is Coated?

01 · The Room Looks More Finished A continuous coating visually connects the floor instead of leaving patchy concrete and old repairs exposed.
02 · Light Works Harder A glossy surface reflects more available light than dull unfinished concrete.
03 · Routine Cleanup Feels Simpler A coated surface provides a more continuous finish for everyday wiping and cleaning.
04 · The Floor Becomes Part of the Design Choose a color and finish that contributes to the overall room instead of hiding the floor.

Is This the Right Coating for Your Floor?

The final result depends heavily on the surface underneath. Use this quick guide before planning your project.

Suitable
Concrete / Cement

Compatible after preparation. A sealing primer is recommended on porous cement or concrete.

Suitable
Smooth Tile

Can be used on suitable smooth tile surfaces after proper cleaning and preparation.

Check First
Existing Paint / Coatings

Existing finishes need to be stable, compatible and firmly bonded before recoating.

Repair First
Cracked or Unstable Floor

Structural cracks, loose concrete, moisture issues and unstable areas should be addressed first.

What “Self-Leveling” Really Means

It Helps the Coating Settle Into a More Continuous Surface.

As the prepared material is spread, it flows and settles across the substrate to help create a smoother-looking, more uniform coating.

Think: smoother flow, fewer obvious application transitions. This is especially useful when you want the final floor to look like one continuous surface rather than a collection of patches.
What it does NOT mean: Self-leveling coating is not a substitute for structural crack repair, fixing loose concrete or correcting severe floor height differences.
Mineral texture inside epoxy floor coating
The Texture Has a Job

High Gloss Doesn’t Have to Mean a Plain, Glass-Like Look.

Decorative mineral texture creates the speckled visual effect while helping provide enhanced traction compared with a completely smooth glossy finish.

✦
More Visual Depth Mineral texture helps break up large expanses of flat color.
👣
Enhanced Traction Texture can provide more grip than a completely smooth glossy surface.
No coated floor should be considered completely slip-proof under every wet, oily or contaminated condition.
Where It Makes the Biggest Difference

Give the “Utility Rooms” a Finished-Room Feel.

🚗 Garage Make vehicle and storage areas feel more complete.
🏠 Basement Refresh unfinished-looking utility spaces.
🔧 Workshop Create a cleaner-looking practical work area.
🧺 Laundry Give everyday household areas a more finished surface.
Everyday Life After the Makeover

A Better-Looking Floor Shouldn’t Be Harder to Live With.

The continuous coated finish creates a more uniform surface than bare, rough concrete—helping routine wiping and cleanup feel more straightforward.

🧹
Less Exposed Rough Texture Helps eliminate the unfinished look of bare concrete.
🧼
More Continuous Cleaning Surface Easier to wipe than an exposed rough substrate.

Plan Before You Order

How Much Do You Need?

Listed coverage is approximately 40–50 ft² per container, per coat. Use your floor area as a starting point, then allow extra material for porous, textured or uneven surfaces.

Small Project 1 Bucket Approx. 40–50 ft²*
Larger Area 3 Buckets Approx. 120–150 ft²*
Large Project 4 Buckets Approx. 160–200 ft²*
Simple planning formula:
Length × Width = Total ft² → Divide by approximately 40–50 ft² → round up based on your surface condition.
*Planning figures assume one coat and use the listed approximate coverage. Rough, porous or heavily textured floors may require more product.
